A limited run of only 25 messenger bags. Thick and rugged suede from Chicago's Horween Leather Company, tanning experts since 1905. The rough side faces out on the sides, smooth side out on the rest. Reinforcements, grab handle, shoulder strap are English Bridle Leather, strong enough for horse tack. A thick wool-felt pad for the shoulder strap provides carrying comfort and non-slip security. Solid brass hardware. Heirloom-quality, built for generations of service.
Deep-dyed suede leather can exhibit dye transfer. This is known as crocking and is not a flaw, but rather a normal byproduct of deep-dying premium roughout leather. Care should be taken to avoid color transfer, especially to light-colored fabrics.
