Shipping policy

Shipping rates to United States & Canadian destinations are determined by your merchandise total and selected service level. Filson charges a flat rate for all international orders placed from our US site.

Orders ship Monday through Friday (excluding federal holidays).

When calculating what speed of shipping to select, please add 48 hours to the service speed to allow time for fulfilment. “Next Day” means the item will arrive in 2-3 days. If you need an item urgently, we recommend contacting Customer Service at 1-(800) 624-0201. We’ll be glad to help you select the appropriate delivery speed.
