Return Policy
Full-price items can be returned 30 days from the date of purchase, whichever is later. Items must be in original condition (unworn and unwashed) with all original tags and packaging intact, or they may be refused. Final Sale items, hemmed items, or altered items may not be returned.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, or to Filson Credit. We cannot process a return if no purchasing information is available.
Once we receive your return, your refund will be issued within 2-3 business days. Your bank or credit card institution may take up to 7-10 business days to acknowledge the credit after we process the refund.
Purchases made with Filson Gift Card must be refunded to a Filson Gift Card. We cannot refund a purchase made with a Filson Gift Card to another method of payment. Gift cards are non-transferable, non-refundable and are not redeemable for cash. We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards.
Gift cards issued during a return can only be used on Filson.com, and may not be redeemed in store.
Gift Returns
Gift returns will be refunded either as a Filson Gift Card, or as a refund to the original purchaser’s payment method. We cannot process a return if no purchasing information is available. Gift cards issued as part of the return process may only be redeemed on Filson.com and cannot be used in Filson stores.
International Returns
If you are returning an item from an address outside the United States, please be sure to include the packing slip provided during the return process.
Filson cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc. As such, we highly recommend insuring your return package for the full value of the item.
Import taxes & duties may be applied at the discretion of your local government. If you have any questions about these charges, please contact your local government.
