Modeled after a waxed jacket in our archive, the Omak Coat is made with dry-waxed cotton for weather resistance that is machine-washable. This fabric is made by British Millerain, suppliers of our Tin Cloth for generations.
The caped shoulder construction minimizes seams exposed to the elements. The sleeves have double cuffs with snap-tabs to snug the exterior around an internal rib-knit cuff. The front zipper is protected by a snapped storm flap. An interior zipper accepts Filson liners, sold separately. The hood and waist are drawcord-adjustable for a custom fit. Combination hand/cargo pockets are protected by snapped flaps and gusseted for increased capacity.
