Work Shirts

Filson work shirts carry forward a tradition that began with outfitting miners and foresters in 1897. A relaxed fit provides ease of motion for reaching, climbing, lifting, and working through long days. Durable fabrics and practical construction stand up to seasons of hard wear.

Durable Shirts for Any Job

What are Work Shirts?

While jobs can be done wearing most any shirt, dedicated work shirts are made with durable fabric with a relaxed fit for ease of motion.

What Fabrics Does Filson Use to Make Work Shirts?

Most Filson work shirts are made from cotton moleskin, flannel, chambray, or canvas. For three decades the Alaskan Guide Shirt has been a favorite flannel for cold-weather work. Moleskin cotton has workwear roots that go back to medieval European farms. For working in warmer conditions, our chambray cotton has proven to be exceptionally durable while remaining lightweight.
