Plaid Wool Jackets

Our original plaid jacket was the Mackinaw Wool Cruiser. It was offered in scarlet so foresters would be highly visible in the woods. For hunters, we developed a plaid version to break up the solid block of color, making it less visible to wild game. Today, Filson wool plaids incorporate elements of that original plaid pattern as well as historic plaid patterns that we find intriguing.
