Filson Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Eligibility:
Grand Opening Giveaway is open only to those who scan a QR code in the Chicago store and visiting the landing page. and who are at least 18+ years oldat the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the USA and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of C.C. Filson Co. (the "Sponsor"), its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Agreement to Rules:
By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. You agree to accept the decisions of C.C. Filson Co. as final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
3. Sweepstakes Period:
Entries will be accepted starting on or about September 19, 2025 and ending October 16, 2025. All entries must be received by October 16th.
4. How to Enter:
The Sweepstakes must be entered by scanning a QR code in the Chicago store and visiting the landing page. The entry must fulfill all requirements to be eligible to win. Incomplete entries or those that do not adhere to the rules may be disqualified at the sole discretion of C.C. Filson Co. You may enter only once unless otherwise stated, and must provide the requested information. Multiple entries using different email addresses, identities, or devices to circumvent the rules will result in disqualification.
5. Prize:
The approximate retail value of total prizes is $1,600. One weekly winner will receive one of the following from the weekly giveaway. Week 1 prize is a Mackinaw cruiser $599, week 2 a short lined cruiser $359, week 3 a original briefcase $499, and week 4 a Alaskan guide shirt $149. Specific prize details will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. No cash or prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for C.C. Filson Co. to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds:
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification:
Four (4) winners will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The winner will be notified via the email provided at entry within five (5) days following selection. Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable emails, spam filters, or incorrect contact information. If the winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days, or fails to return required documents, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Compliance with all federal and state laws is required for receipt of the prize.
8. Rights Granted by You:
By entering, you grant C.C. Filson Co. and its affiliates the right to use your name, likeness, and entry materials for advertising and promotional purposes, without further compensation, where permitted by law.
9. Terms:
C.C. Filson Co. reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or other causes corrupt its integrity. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. Attempting to undermine the operation of the Sweepstakes may result in legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability:
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless C.C. Filson Co., its affiliates, and partners from any liability arising from your participation or use of the prize, including but not limited to: technical failures, unauthorized access, or human error.
11. Disputes:
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Washington. Disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class actions, in a court of competent jurisdiction in Washington. Entrants waive rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and attorneys’ fees.

13. Winners List:
