Our flagship store located in the same building where we develop, sample, cut and sew our Unfailing Goods™. The 6,000-sq.-ft. Flagship store features an on-site Filson Restoration Department that repairs and sells vintage Filson goods, plus complimentary factory tours are available by reservation.

If one of our products fails its intended purpose, we fix it or replace it. No questions asked. Most of the time, our customers want their bags fixed rather than replaced worn as a testament to a life well traveled. When a customer opts for a replacement bag, we don’t toss the old one into a scrap heap. We hand it to the Filson Restoration Department.
We invite you to tour the manufacturing facility in our Seattle headquarters to see how our craftspeople take the best raw materials we can find from around the world and turn them into garments, bags and gear that last for generations. Tours begin at 10 a.m. every Tuesday and 1:30 p.m. every Thursday. We welcome all guests aged 12 and older.
