- Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer free standard shipping with Europe* on all orders of £80 and over.
Standard shipping for orders under £80 will be charged at £12.
We use DPD for standard shipping, which delivers within 3-4 business days.
Express shipping will be charged at £22. We use UPS for express shipping, which delivers the following business day for orders placed before 14:00 CET.
All orders require signature upon delivery.
As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse we will send you an email including a tracking number with a link so you can monitor the delivery progress.
Our orders ship from a warehouse within the EU, therefore shipments to the UK do not incur any additional charges for customs/duties.
Please note that our lifetime guarantee does not cover damage caused by mishandling by third party shipping companies. Filson cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies.

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays in The Netherlands.
The total shipping costs for your order is a reflection of the total value of your order

- Tracking Your Order
When can you track your order?
At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately and generally appear on our website along with your order information. However, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.
Orders placed on www.filson.co.uk or www.filson.eu may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during Checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s).
