We patterned these field pants directly after those issued by the U.S. Army in 1941, in a reverse sateen weave true to the original. \n\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\nThey're cut roomy through the seat and thighs to ensure unrestricted ease of motion, featuring darts at the waist for a better fit. Front and rear pockets are protected by flaps to keep contents secure, the back right with a button and back left with a hidden snap. The large flap-covered cargo pockets on the leg sides are pleated for expandability. Inside the waistband is a hidden button-close security pocket. \n\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\nThe sturdy midweight fabric is a reverse sateen weave, smooth on the inside to minimize friction when active. The cuffs are drawcord-adjustable to prevent intrusion of brush or tall grasses.
