Returns are accepted on discount items and must be received within 14 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for refund. To make a return, bring your item to any Filson store or ship your item back to Filson. Please visit our Returns page or call Customer Service at 1-800-624-0201 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping your item.
If Filson reduces the price any item within 7 days of the date of your purchase, we will honor the lowest price. Proof of purchase is required. Please contact Filson Customer Service at 1-800-624-0201 so that a price adjustment may be issued.
Personalized leather embossing is now available on select bags, leather accessories, belts, and dog accessories. These items are built to last in our Seattle factories, and can now be embossed to create a personalized gift.
Please allow an additional three days for items to be embossed and shipped. Embossing placement is limited to one pre-determined location. You may enter up to three initials, in uppercase block letters only.
Embossed orders are eligible for all shipping methods, including expedited 2-day and overnight delivery; however, all monogrammed orders require up to three days additional handling time prior to shipment. Monogrammed items do not ship separately from other items ordered; all items in an order are subject to additional processing time. Please note: Immediate monogramming is available in Filson stores.
Embossed items cannot be returned or exchanged. All sales are final. Embossing is done by hand using traditional machines, making each item unique. We thoroughly inspect each item for quality assurance prior to delivery.
Check the box that indicates you'd like to add leather embossing. Once you click "Add to Cart" you will be prompted to enter your characters for personalization. Please note: you must complete this process individually for each item you would like to monogram.
