If you purchase an item from Filson and are unhappy with it for any reason within the first 30 days, you may return your item with a receipt or proof of purchase for a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in salable condition. Non-salable items cannot be returned.
To Return or Exchange a Filson Item:
- Download the Return Form & follow the instructions on it.
- Please contact customercare@filson.com to request a pre-paid return label* and return authorization number.
- Include a copy of the receipt along with the item and completed return form.
- Ensure the returned item(s) are adequately protected for shipment.
*Please note that the pre-paid Return Label in your parcel cannot be used for returns from the following countries: Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Spain, Switzerland. For returns from these countries, please contact customercare@filson.com.
We do not provide free returns from Iceland, Norway and Switzerland. Return shipments must be at the customer’s own expense and instructions must be requested from customercare@filson.com.
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased at a Filson dealer, contact the dealer about their return/exchange policy. We cannot refund a Filson item purchased from a third-party dealer or vendor.
This policy applies only to Filson purchases made online at Filson.com and shipped to an address within Europe* and/or returned from an address within Europe*.
* Europe includes the following countries/territories: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.
- What is the return policy for sale items?
- Returns are accepted on discounted/sale items within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for a refund. To make a return, please ship your item back to Filson using the instructions above. The conditions detailed above apply to all returns.
- What if I purchase an item that later reduces price?
- We do not offer price adjustments for items that may be reduced/discounted during our sale periods.
- What is the cost of return shipping?
- Free returns are included on all full-price orders over €100. You must use the return label provided with your original purchase or contact customercare@filson.com to request one. Filson is not responsible for lost, stolen or misplaced packages/items.
