We charge a flat fee of €25 for all shipments to destinations within the European Union (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden).

For shipments to countries outside of the European Union, charges may vary.
Delivery Time
Delivery time is 7-12 business days based on the destination and may vary.

When placing an order from outside of Europe, do I have to pay import taxes or duties?
You do not have to pay import taxes and/or duties if you receive your shipment at an address within the European Union.

Currently the only countries outside of the European Union to which we allow shipping are Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

If you receive a shipment in the UK, you are not required to pay any pay import taxes and/or duties, however you do pay VAT which is included in the retail purchase price

If you receive a shipment in Norway or Switzerland, you will be required to pay import taxes and/or duties. Import taxes and duties will be collected by the international carrier upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer/recipient to pay. As the recipient, you are the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations..

Shipping Rules & Restrictions

  • Orders are shipped from the Netherlands on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays, in The Netherlands.
  • All orders require signature upon delivery.

Please note that our lifetime guarantee does not cover damage caused by mishandling via airline or third party shipping companies. Filson cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.

Tracking Your Order

When can I track my order?
At our warehouse, tracking numbers are assigned to packages almost immediately however, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier's tracking system. That means even though your package has already shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you, the carrier may not be able to provide any information about your package for up to 48 hours or more.

Orders placed on www.filson.com/eu may be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. Therefore, tracking availability may vary depending on the type of item you purchased, the shipping method you selected during checkout, and the carrier that is delivering your item(s). You can always email us at customercare@filson.com if you would like to track the status of your order.
