These durable, yet supple, wool pants are very long-wearing and highly abrasion-resistant. Made from Whipcord--strong worsted wool with a hard diagonal ribbed surface which is naturally water repellent--they feature four roomy pockets plus a watch pocket, a brass zipper fly and seven belt loops that accommodate belts up to 1 1/2". Made in USA.

I have a number of Filson socks...and-the pride of the fleet-a pair of Filson style 180 wool Whipcord Pants. I just returned from a winter hike in these pants-not the first, by any means. They are, without question, the most comfortable pants I have ever owned, and among the best looking as well. I wear them in rough hiking areas, as well as to concerts and semi-dress occasions, and they are never out of place. They seem to have the instincts of an experienced butler in predicting my needs for flexibility.
