Perfect for stalking stag
I just returned from Red Stag hunting in La Pampa, Argentina. Your moleskin shirt was perfect for stalking stag in the cool fall mornings. The material was perfect for silent stalking (most clothing makes a loud noise when scraped by the thorns) in the rough thorn bush of the Pampas, broke the chill of the morning breeze, and was though enough to endure the constant raking from the thorn (did not tear and also protected me). The shirt has served me well goose hunting in Canada, duck hunting in Mexico, and plains game hunting in South Africa. My wife calls the shirt "the #1" because I wear it all the time when at home.
